We recommend downloading Restoro to eradicate Malware for you (it should cut down the time to about 15 minutes).

Lindsay Lohan Sues Rockstar Games for Using Her Likeness in GTA 5 Without Permission

Grand Theft Auto games are a form of satire. They make fun of pop culture and poke fun at everything we hold dear.

Grand Theft Auto 5 took that satire to new levels. It tore apart Facebook, Twitter, selfie culture, and everything else we hold dear.

It also appeared to tear apart Lindsay Lohan. Box art and promotional material for the game heavily featured actress Lindsay Lohan.

From the moment GTA was released, it was pretty obvious the girl taking a selfie in front of Santa Monica Pier looked a lot like Lindsay Lohan. There was something about the eyes, lips, and chest that seemed very familiar.

Apparently, months after the game was released, Lindsay Lohan has finally realized she was the butt of a joke. And now she’s suing Rockstar Games for using her likeness without her permission.

Specifically, the lawsuit alleges that an in-game character known as Lacey Jonas is a reference to her image, voice, and “styles from her clothing line.” In addition, the game features West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel, which is where Lindsay Lohan once lived.

In the game, players are forced to escort Lacey Jonas through the streets of Los Santos as she avoids paparazzi.

It’s unknown how much monetary damages Lindsay Lohan is seeking in this case. However, Lindsay and her lawyers have reportedly been preparing for a lawsuit since December.

If Lindsay Lohan were as attractive as the girl on the GTA 5 covert art, then she’d probably be getting a few more movie deals these days.
