Finally, after months of anticipation, Microsoft has decided to give Windows 7 users the program they’ve been screaming for: Internet Explorer 11. Nah, just kidding. Microsoft released IE11 to limited fanfare last week. IE11 is now available in 95 different languages for Windows 7.
